Farm Meat LLC is a family-owned business dedicated to connecting consumers with local farmers for high-quality, locally sourced beef. Growing up, we relied on word of mouth to buy sides of beef from nearby farmers. Over time, however, we noticed a disconnection between consumers and farmers. It wasn’t until we discovered farmers within 5 miles of our home through our child’s school that we realized the potential for better connections.

In our quest to find a more reliable source of meat for our freezer, we discovered that traditional word-of-mouth was often the only option. As our family and interests grew, we began raising a small number of cows both for our own consumption and to sell 2-3 head of cows each year.

This journey opened our eyes to the challenges faced by both farmers and consumers. Our platform was created from these experiences, aiming to bridge the gap between small farmers and consumers, ensuring trust, transparency, and direct access to locally sourced meats.
